Terms & Conditions

- Program Participation: Participation in the FortyTwenty Academy implies full acceptance of these terms. All athletes must be within the specified age brackets (U8s – U13s) at the time of program commencement.
- Registration and Fees: Places are limited to 30 per age group. Registration is only confirmed upon full payment of the specified package fee. Early bird discounts apply only to registrations completed before 1 October 2026.
- Cancellations and Refunds: Refund requests must be submitted in writing. Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to start date will receive a 75% refund. No refunds are available once the 20-week program has commenced.
- Health and Safety: Parents/Guardians must disclose any medical conditions or pre-existing injuries. The academy reserves the right to request a medical clearance if deemed necessary for the athlete’s safety.
- Code of Conduct: We foster an elite environment of respect and discipline. Athletes or family members who fail to adhere to our positive environment policy may have their participation terminated without refund.
- Media Release: By enrolling, you consent to FortyTwenty Academy using photographs and video footage of sessions for promotional and training purposes, unless explicitly opted out in writing.
